Buying or selling a home is probably the single most important financial decision you will ever make. The Realtor you choose plays an enormous role in your success.
Whether you are buying or selling a property, you will benefit from Pat Fales’ over 25 years of experience in serving more than a thousand highly satisfied real estate clients in the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. During that time, Pat has brokered over $ 350 Million in transactions…results achieved by far fewer than one in a thousand of the agents to have ever sold real estate. For years, Pat has helped more families buy or sell homes in southern Fairfax County than any other agent. You can profit from Pat’s methodical, business-like approach complemented by an energetic and attractive personality. Talk once on the phone with Pat and you will be convinced that you have met a warm, caring business woman who will listen to your needs and will have your interests at the top of her priorities when you are ready to buy or sell your home. Be confident that you, as Buyer or Seller, have the best representation possible for an increasingly challenging market.
Pat’s background has provided the best credentials of all for understanding the unique needs of families on the move. As a military “brat” growing up around the world, then as an Air Force wife and mother, she has walked the walk and talked the talk when it comes to the relocation experience. She is empathetic to that side of a client’s transaction, as well, and will orchestrate the entire process flawlessly from beginning to end. With Pat, you gain a top notch, skilled negotiator committed to results through honest service with your best interests at heart.
